Hello, I am Libbla, Founder of Plenitude Wellbeing, author of two journals, a certified Positive Psychology Wellbeing Coach, Personal Trainer and your Writing Guide. More than this, I am a self-aware woman of varied life learnings that have formed the basis of this program. I have Navigated Life by writing diaries, notes, ideas, thoughts, secrets, goals and plans. Many of the words I have written have come true in my life and were the foundations of my journals for teens and midlife women.
I’m here to invite you to learn a new practice, a new way forward for writing: : the basis founded 3200 BCE and you learnt when you were 4 or 5 years old!
