Hello, I am Libbla, Founder of Plenitude Wellbeing, author of two journals, a certified Positive Psychology Wellbeing Coach, Personal Trainer and your Writing Guide. More than this I am a self-aware woman of many varied life learnings that have formed the basis of this program. I have Navigated Life by writing diaries, notes, ideas, thoughts, secrets, goals and plans. Many of the words I have written have come true in my life and were the foundations of my journals for teens and midlife women.

I’m here to invite you to learn a new practice, a new way forward, the basis founded 2500 years ago which you learnt when you were 4 or 5 years old!

The benefits of handwriting are science-backed, yet soulful ways to nurture your mind and call halt to the racing thoughts to unlock the wholeness of your wellbeing.  Handwriting is a release for your mind and a relief for your body and life.

Scrolling on distracting screens floods your brain with quick dopamine hits that can leave you feeling anxious or scattered or even depressed.

Handwriting offers a slower, more mindful but satisfying reward. It lowers stress, boosts positivity, and reconnects you to your inner self.

It improves your memory and clarifies thought processes, enabling more cerebral and thorough decision making.

The Program is self-guided but I am on hand to answer any questions throughout your program.

Delivered in 3 Chapters you are guided in subjects that we all come across in our daily lives.

The subjects will question and challenge you, prompt you and encourage you to unleash your feelings via ink on paper. Feel the changes in you!

Process the negative and learn to let go, moving you forward with a spring in your step. You will suddenly find more time to spend doing what makes you happy because you will be feeling free and aligned.
